If a monthly membership doesn't fit your current schedule, we offer flexible pricing for one-time visits with no membership requirements. Whether you are looking for a solo workout or a group session, our facility can be adapted to suit your training needs.

• Group Flexibility: We provide rates tailored for different group sizes, including options for 2 people, 5 people, or larger teams.

• Equipment Choices: You can reserve your space with or without a pitching machine, allowing you to focus on either machine-fed repetitions or live practice.

• Configurable Layouts: Our facility is designed for versatility. You can book a single lane for individual drills, two lanes for shared sessions, or an open layout for box cricket, soccer, and other turf-based sports.

• Machine Rate: Discounted to $8/hr.

Facility Rules

• Booking & Punctuality: All reservations must be made for the top of the hour. Members must arrive and depart strictly within their booked time slot. Late departures disrupt subsequent sessions and will result in automatic overage fees.

• Usage, Overages, & Billing: Standard access is limited to one (1) hour per day unless pre-approved by Not Out management. Any usage exceeding the daily limit or booked time slot will be billed in full one-hour increments at a standard overage rate of $25/hour, automatically charged to the payment method on file.

• Cancellations & No-Shows: A minimum of six (6) hours' notice is required for all cancellations. Cancellations made under 6 hours, or failure to show up for a booked slot, will automatically incur a non-refundable $10 fee charged to the card on file.

• Additional Guests: Non-member guests accompanying a member will be billed at $10 per person, per hour. Members are responsible for their guests' compliance with facility rules, and guest fees will be billed directly to the host member's account.

• Lane Assignments: Specific lane requests (Long Lane vs. Short Lane) are subject to facility availability and are never guaranteed. Not Out management reserves the right to reassign lanes at its discretion.

• Safety Requirements: Protective gear approved explicitly by Not Out management must be worn at all times during activity. Non-compliance will result in immediate removal from the facility and potential membership termination without a refund.

• Membership, Credits, & No Rollover: Membership privileges, credits, and hours are strictly non-transferable and may only be used by the named account holder. Unused hours do not roll over from month to month or session to session and are forfeited at the end of each billing cycle.

• Management Rights: Not Out Ventures LLC reserves the right to modify these rules, operating hours, and fees at any time, and to revoke membership privileges for any violation of facility policies. All bookings are subject to the broader Not Out Ventures Liability Waiver signed at registration.
