Fine Print:

• Booking & Punctuality: All reservations must be made for the top of the hour only. Members must arrive and depart strictly on time to maintain the schedule for subsequent sessions.

• Usage & Overage: Standard access is limited to one (1) hour per day unless pre-approved by Not Out management.

• Any usage exceeding the specified hours included in a monthly membership will be billed at a standard overage rate of $25/hour.

• Cancellations: A minimum of six (6) hours' notice is required for all cancellations.

• Additional Guests: A fee of $10 per person, per hour will apply to any non-member guests accompanying a member.

• Lane Assignments: Specific lane requests (Long Lane vs. Short Lane) are not guaranteed and are subject to facility availability.

• Safety Requirements: Approved safety gear must be worn at all times during activity. This is non-negotiable to ensure a safe environment for all ages.

• Membership & Credits: Credits and hours are non-transferable and may only be used by the named member.

• No Rollover: Unused hours or sessions do not roll over from month to month or session to session.
