Before You Book.
Do I need a membership?
No. Every lane, court and wall can be booked by the hour. Monthly plans are optional and best for players here every week.
How do the free off-peak hours work?
Each plan includes bonus hours you can use Monday–Friday, from opening to 3 PM. They're added on top of your plan hours and reset each month.
How does booking work?
Book online and pick your time. Sessions run by the hour and start on the hour. The first time, you'll create a quick account on our booking system.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel at least 6 hours before your booking at no charge. Later cancellations and no-shows are charged a $10 fee.
Do unused hours roll over?
No. Plan hours and free off-peak hours reset at the start of each billing cycle.
Can I bring extra people?
Yes. Lane Plans cover up to 2 named members and the Family Pass up to 4. Each extra person is $10 per hour, billed to the plan holder.
What should I wear and bring?
Athletic clothes and clean athletic shoes (no cleats). Protective gear approved by our staff is required during play. Bring your own bat, glove or paddle if you have one.
Do I need to sign a waiver?
Yes. Everyone signs a liability waiver before playing. Sign the waiver
Full monthly plan terms
- Bookings start on the hour. Please arrive and leave within your booked time so the next group can start on schedule.
- Plan holders may book up to 1 hour per day unless approved in advance by Not Out management.
- Free off-peak hours apply Monday–Friday from opening to 3 PM and reset each billing cycle.
- Time used beyond your booked slot or daily limit is billed in full-hour increments at $25 per hour to the payment method on file.
- Cancellations need at least 6 hours' notice. Later cancellations and no-shows incur a non-refundable $10 fee charged to the card on file.
- Extra people beyond a plan's member limit are $10 per person, per hour, billed to the plan holder, who is responsible for guests following facility rules.
- Lane requests (long or short lane) depend on availability and aren't guaranteed. Management may reassign lanes.
- Protective gear approved by Not Out management must be worn during activity. Not following safety rules may result in removal from the facility and termination of the plan without refund.
- Plans, credits and hours are non-transferable, may be used only by the named members, and don't roll over. Unused hours end with each billing cycle.
- Not Out Ventures LLC may change these rules, operating hours and fees, and may revoke plan privileges for policy violations. All bookings are subject to the Not Out Ventures liability waiver.
